Good place to deliver. Parking right in front of the gate. Only 2-3 trucks can park. Shipping office is on your left hand side as soon as you enter in the gate. Take 3-4 hours to off load. Easy to back in and out of the door. No washrooms only portable. Don’t break seal the need to match seal before breaking it. They open gate around 5:30 am but shipping and receiving starts at 7 am.
Get you loaded quick. Nice folks. They let all these foreign drivers park all over the place making it hard to get in first 10 doors. Not even possible if there a truck in the door next to you. Don’t count on parking in the driveway. Local box trucks had it packed full before 8pm. Watched 3 trucks come try and have to wiggle back out. Gate closes between 1700-1800.
Easy place to load. The shipping personnel are great. Plenty of room if your product isn't ready/ pulled..
