One of my favorite places to go. Gold’s Gym is not just well-equipped, it’s also full of energy, positivity, and a genuinely welcoming community. The environment is motivating, and the staff and trainers consistently make the effort to create a supportive workout experience. Special shoutout to Trainer Mayur for his support and guidance throughout my fitness journey. Thanks also to floor trainers Yuvraj and Nims, who are always ready to assist. Special mention to Kishore, Madan and Kamlesh, your presence truly adds to the friendly vibe of the gym.

I've been working out at Gold’s Gym, Bandra for several years now, and it continues to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. The gym is always well-maintained, with excellent equipment, a motivating trainers. A special mention to Mr. Kishore at the front desk – he’s been a constant presence and truly stands out for his professionalism and friendly nature. Always courteous, helpful, and attentive. The overall atmosphere at Gold’s Gym, Bandra, makes it easy to stay consistent and focused on fitness goals. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a serious and supportive gym environment.

I wish I never joined this terrible gym and I’m only glad I joined for 3 months. It’s a total scam. The AC never works properly in the cardio section and they have lied to me in the past that it’s fixed. I’m literally suffering just walking on a treadmill it’s so warm. It’s 23.5 degrees in the main area and even warmer where I am. I wouldn’t even give this gym 1 star. Machines are from the 1990s, people smell of body odour and it’s dirty. The bathrooms are also disgusting. Don’t get persuaded by the sales people to join.

It’s a good neighbourhood gym, and what really stands out is its longevity — I’ve been a member since 2018. That kind of stability is a big draw for me. Beyond that, it’s consistent, with a good group of regulars that makes for a nice social environment too.
