I was very happy with my visit to Canada Gold Ottawa West in Carlingwood shopping Centre. I have never had any experience in selling gold, but I had little pieces of watch clips, broken necklaces, and earrings that I will never wear again or lost one. I took them in and was greeted by Gabana and Donovan who were very nice and I sat through the process of them going step by step evaluating by pieces. In the end I ended up leaving with a lot more cash than I ever dreamed for such a small amount of stuff that had been lying in my jewelry box for years. We went to Canada Gold to try to sell some gold jewelry. Kat was incredibly warm and kind. She was also meticulous and professional. We went to other places to see where we could get the best price, but it was the same or cheaper elsewhere. We returned to Canada Gold because of this and because we loved the atmosphere and kindness Kat provided us. When we returned, Reggie assisted us as Kat was away. Reggie was just as warm and friendly as Kat, and helped us with great patience. Overall we were pleasantly surprised by the attitudes, atmosphere, friendliness, and trustworthiness of Canada Gold.
