We needed a hot water heater replacement for my Mom and Paul and his Dream Team took care of us like we were family. Besides being very understanding, professional and extremely caring, they were on the job within 24 hours of our call. They replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours and that's with them leaving to go pick a new one up. They also hauled off the old one. The installation of the new hot water heater is beautiful. I have included a picture of the old hot water heater vs the new one that was installed by Gold Star Plumbing & Drain. Such a beautiful job. I would completely use their services again without hesitation. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom!
Matt MooneyPaul and Nate are a father/son team that installed a new hot water heater for us when the one we had failed under warranty. It was not a Gold Star water heater but one installed by our previous plumber who retired earlier this year. They handled all of the warranty details with our original tank supplier and did a great job installing the replacement water heater. Very professional and neat. Thanks to Cody who came out earlier this week to inspect the old water heater and review our replacement options. I was a bit taken aback many the price quoted and was almost not going to get it done. After some discussion about how to do it showed that it would be very complex. So we dropped the flexibility and got a slightly better price. Once Vincent got started I realized that it was a very professional operation. The tools used and execution was a pleasure to see.
