I wish I could give you a zero đ And I have proof it is this location because this is the third time I write a review and it gets deleted. I was overcharged for an ingredient that I did not ask for, the bacon, food was cold. Service was nasty and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. Oh and do not come saying that you do not use aluminum containers because I have my receipt.
I ordered a bacon pizza. I am a picky eater. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Delivery available. Great drink selection. Easy in and out parking.
Very enjoyable atmosphere, with delicious food. Personally I went with their bbq chicken calzone, and it hit the spot. As a semi frequent visitor to the Mass area, coming from out west, I always crave a delicious calzone, and Golden Pizza on Lincoln hit the spot to fill that craving perfectly. Good selection of drinks and a decent seating area.
My son and I were calling to place an order, and the staff member who answeredâwhom I assume is the ownerâhandled the call in a way that was discouraging and disrespectful. When the call was first answered, the staff member barely acknowledged us and quickly said âhold onâ without any courtesy, such as asking if we could wait. My son patiently waited while practicing placing an order, but when he began, the staff member hung up on him. When I called back to explain that my son had been put on hold and disconnected, the staff member immediately hung up on me, saying he âdidnât have time for this.â I want to emphasize that neither my son nor I were rude or disrespectful at any point. We have been loyal customers since your business opened, and we were simply trying to place an order and provide constructive feedback. Unfortunately, this experience discouraged my son and left us feeling disrespected. As a paying customer, I hope you take this feedback seriously. Professional and courteous communication is important for both staff and customers, especially for first-time experiences like my sonâs. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future interactions can be handled more respectfully. You have lost a loyal customer.
