Renzo used Golden Poodle for a year until we moved out of state. They are fantastic. They are patient and helpful and keep you accountable for your dog. They helped show me a better way of brushing for some spots that I was struggling with. I will miss them dearly. If I had the money, I would make them move with me, that’s how great they are!

My mom is currently in ICU after having emergency open-heart surgery, so we asked a friend to keep her doggie while we're here. She found out the dog had a grooming appt so she did her best to get my mom's dog there on time but was unfortunately late. They charged my friend a full-grooming fee for the missed appt then rescheduled the dog the next day. When the friend picked the dog up (a Maltese who has gotten a puppy cut for the last 6 or so appts), the dog was completely shaved, knicked in a few places and butchered around the ears. They charged her another full appt fee. When the manager was called discuss some forgiveness, she refused and the 5lb dog's cut was $100. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. No forgiveness for missing an appt due to open-heart surgery?? Hateful people. Pics to include their shaving job--notice the weepy eyes that weren't cleaned or trimmed and looks like injury to one eye, the uneven cuts on the head and shaved down patches. Even IF none of the other things had happened, would you pay $70 for this??

Recently moved over to this place and absolutely loved it. First, they are so close for us. Second, the staff is so friendly to us and our dogs. We have a puppy and an older dog with anxiety and both did so well here! Third, they are very affordable. Fourth, the hours and policies are flexible. They take more than just “doodles” too, so highly recommend!
