I first engaged Orca Roofing & Exteriors to inspect our roof following last year's "Bomb Cyclone". They found a little damage and repaired what was required to keep the roof performing. The tech did note that the ridges needed replacing, so we arranged for an estimate, which was reasonable. Since our gutters also needed replacement, we asked them to tackle that as well. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and their appointment management was excellent. They arrived on time, worked quickly with a minimum of disruption, and completely cleaned up afterward. They shared pictures of the roof repairs so we could see what they had done. The new gutters look great and should greatly improve runoff management. They offered, but didn't pressure us to buy, gutter covers. Overall, Orca has been very professional and efficient. We won't hesitate to call them should we need more work on our aging roof.

Paul and Josh were amazing to work with. I had an issue where one of the wood support for my balcony was rotting. They came up with a solution that was economical. They responded quickly to my request and were able to complete the job in an efficient manner. What I appreciated most was their ability to communicate their plans on how they were going to address the issue and keeping me apprised on their progress. Also they both had a friendly demeanor so it was easy to chat with them. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
