I had a worse experience with the solar pump. I chose the pump vendor of @goldisolar. The person of this company came for a survey and asked for money (Bribe). Even after months of paying the money, the pump was not installed. When I asked for the pump to be installed every day, I was not getting the answers so I contacted @MEDAOfficial1 for an answer then I came to know that survey didn't happen, so when I asked the person then he scolded why I went to the office in a rude language, the worst part is that when I contacted the area representative of @goldisolar, he also talked in a very rude language. 🤦‍♂️ Now a message has been received that some kind of survey has been done, now let's see when the pump is installed. But I would request all the farmers in India that if @goldisolar gives you even a free pump, don't take it, these people are playing with the sentiments of the farmers. The only thing is that @MEDAOfficial1 staff is very supportive and guiding properly Never select @goldisolar as vendor for your solar pump installation..

I had Installed before 6 months ago but now Voltage drop problem occurs and I have raised the query with my all data in company but there was no any responce from company as well Channel partner. Also Not picking the call I have try day to day but still not solve the issue. Now onwards I did not suggest to take this company solar pannel to other people.

I called Goldi Solar 2-3 times to get solar, there sales person does not give any answer, all the time give same answer, we will contact you and visit your home, if your sales person does not have time, solar sale Refuse the customer to do so. Don't spoil the customer's time because of you, don't spoil the name of Goldi Solar because of a sales person like you.
