The large dog Surprise box was disappointing from my dogs perspective. The box had 1 chewy, 1 rope toy a small towel, large towel and a placemat. More for the humans than the dogs really. 1/5 based soley on the box itself. Positives: Staff is always pleasant and store is always well stocked and clean.

This review is based solely on Groomers perspective. Rens is great for pet parents to shop at but fir professional groomers it has really declined over the years. Product variation, stock on shelves, pricing and such a limited selection of professional products available like gallons of shampoo, blades, equipment has really become hard to find at Rens. As a pet owner, great selection but as groomer its really disappointing.

I can't figure out why this Ren's location doesn't have a legitimate store phone number customers can call like every other Ren's so that you can call ahead and have them put food aside or double-check inventory. The Google phone number provided is a corporate office that gets you nowhere and the extension, also, does not connect you to the store. Why isn't there a simple direct line?

Ren's Pets is a great place for people to hang out with their dogs! I annually take my Australian labradoodle to Ren's Pets on his birthday, and he always has a great time browsing around the store. Ren's Pets is more than just a pet supply store; it's a dog haven! If he could, my dog would spend hours just sniffing all the scents. The staff also treat my dog and I very well and make us feel at home! Highly recommend!
