Great deals for resellers. Quick to ship a fast responses to their emails. So far so good! **UPDATE** Good products. Packed well. Unfortunately order arrived rather late and then was incomplete. Does not appear that Inventory/Warehouse department is well staffed. Communication is horrendous if there is an issue - No calls; email only. And it takes days for a reply if email is not about a sale. Requested expedited shipment of missing items but was offered refund or store credit instead. Which completely ruined a sale campaign to be held. Unfortunately had to remove some stars. But kept one because the prices & quality are good. Not sure if I would ever use them again. Yeah, this first order was not a positive experience.

I bought 2789 dollar worth of stuff from there website but ass I was going through it I realized a lot was missing I’m missing over 500 dollars worth of products missing I’ve reached out 5 times through email and left a voicemail on the number that I don’t think is even a real business number I’m giving them till Monday which will be a week and contacting a lawyer and I notified shop since they r verified there I would have continued buying stuff from them if they would have contacted me back…… been over a month literally some the stuff I got was the wrong shade the Elizabeth Arden wasn’t even the right thing u can look at the receipt and see it was supposed to be a compact not a lose powder the tarte lip crayon was purple not brown the tart eye lashes were wrong fenty eyeliner wrong shade so not only was 60 items missing 50 of the one’s I received wrong I’m very disappointed then it’s been over a month before anyone really wants to fix problem and we’ll see if they message me again its crazy to me as a business do better maybe the list the packers get isn’t in color or maybe they get a list no pictures but it’s unacceptable to take this long to try to fix this I spent almost $3000 and this is definitely not the way I should have been treated
