Dawn SantoroIve previously given 5 stars because of Noah. They dont tell you them coming out for roaches is ONLY a three session job. If they continue coming out after that it is for general pest control NOT roaches. Which makes zero sense if your only problem is roaches AND you get penalized for canceling early. None of it makes sense. What do you THINK you’re spraying for as colonies build up in my house? I also have ants which have not gone away with anything but big box store product. Then what WERE they spraying for??? What a joke. Just DIY it! Ive been with them sense 2023 so basically money straight down tge drain. I asked for a cancellation receipt and the manager says “you can trust me”. Lol i said i want a receipt and he says sure ill send over a handwritten cancellation. Shady.
