I happened to be close to this gym and decided to workout here. Pretty decent and spacious gym located on the lower level of the mall. I was lost at first and then found out I had to actually go inside the mall to access it lol. Very nicely equipped. Plenty of machines and free weights. I was very happy to see my fav Hammer Strength machine in one of the sections of the gym. Got a great upper body workout in. Will definitely visit again whenever I’m in the area. Couldn’t take many photos as it was getting busier and it wasn’t nice pointing camera at people while they workout lol

I like this location. Not only because it's the closest to me, but also because machines are nicely organized in rows that make sense. This gym has many cable machines as well (free motion), which is rare. Not very crowded around the time I usually go, roughly at 3-4pm, until 5-5:30pm.

I didn’t stay too long at this gym but for the short month I was a member it was a great place every evening to get a good workout, sauna, and shower if needed. The price is fairly expensive though and the reason I switched was because I found a cheaper gym close by . The staff is amazing very friendly and social :)

Signing up for the new membership the staff had me sign at the counter instead the registration desk with chairs. The staff was in a conversation with a friend instead helping me. The other staff wasn’t friendly when I needed to get inside to use the washroom while registering for a gym membership. I find other than that they have gym equipment and sanitation stations. Thanks the welcoming unfriendly and the lazy staff!
