I recently visited GoodLife Fitness to apply for a membership, and I want to give a big thank you to Keldy for her amazing help! She took the time to show me around the gym, explained the different equipment and facilities in detail, and made sure I understood all the membership benefits. Time for this gym to get with the times … buy some new cardio equipment that works with tv’s that work this has gone on long enough … the gym was so good when it opened but went downhill the last few years as they waste space on useless equipment that maybe 5% of the ppl use. Time to increase your cardio machines that work and tvs that work on the machines. You charge $60/month you can afford the equipment. Trevor Linden fitness apparently is continually improving their gym equipment and charge half the amount.

A lot of equipment is out of order. I told to the staff about fixing elliptical machine since February! Zero response. Then they put “not working sign” for a month and removed it without changes. Leg press doesn’t work. ALL pec/fly machine are not moving evenly. Frontdesk told if you want some changes - write complaints or reviews. So, this is my attempt actually to fix equipment They told me they updated all equipment that is why price is so high. And that was a lie. Plus, some service people don’t even bother to say hi or actually help you
