I signed up for this gym 2 months ago. It has been the best experience for me. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Ute signed me up and she has been a huge support for me since day one. She is awesome!!! This gym has a great selection of work out classes and the instructors are really good. I have met lots of great people here and feel this gym is one of the best gyms out there.

I was recommended to join this specific gym/location by someone I trust. I paid for everything upfront, including personal training sessions, because I have health issues/ dietary restrictions and needed one-on-one support. I chose to work with a specific trainer for that reason. Mid-summer, that trainer moved away due to personal reasons. No one from the gym — neither the trainer nor the front desk — informed me about the change. Meanwhile, my payments continued as usual. Without knowing what was going on, I reached out to my trainer, and instead received texts from two different people offering to take over. I explained to both that I had no idea who my new trainer was supposed to be. Eventually, one of them confirmed they would take over. Shortly after, I was in a motor vehicle accident and couldn't attend the gym. I texted the new trainer to let her know and told her I’d be in touch once I was ready to return. She never responded. Two months later, when I was able to return, I texted again to say I was ready to resume training. I followed up the next day — still no reply. Frustrated, I went to the gym in person on October 10. I explained the situation to the woman at the front desk — she was polite and said she'd ask the trainer to email me, since she wasn’t responding to texts. I also asked if there was any other way to get in contact. I waited the entire Thanksgiving weekend out of courtesy, but now it’s been over 10 days and I still haven’t heard anything. I don’t understand why the gym is taking on new personal training clients — especially those with injuries or health issues — if their trainers are this unresponsive. I’ve paid for a service I’m not receiving, and I’ve made every effort to communicate respectfully. At this point, I feel ignored and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience, especially for anyone seeking reliable one-on-one support or dealing with health concerns.

Wonderful club! I really enjoy my experience here. Ute is amazing! She immediately had warm, vibrant energy that made me feel comfortable and motivated, even though I was initially nervous. Now, I can work the machines, and I feel like I know exactly what I’m doing. Not to mention, the atmosphere of the gym is wonderful and empowering. I feel comfortable, safe, and driven. I recommend!
