I’ve been going to the GoodLife at Oakville Trafalgar for a while now and honestly it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. I did a starter pack with Brody some time back and it helped so much with hip mobility issues I was having The space is clean and the vibe is super motivating without feeling intimidating. The staff are friendly, helpful, and actually take the time to make sure you have what you need. There’s a great mix of machines, free weights, and space for stretching or functional workouts. Overall such a positive environment — I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!

This is a Great Goodlife location. Yes it’s smaller and the one thing that really sucks is that they don’t have a Sauna. I recently joined and my first interactions with staff was Brody and Moe! Very friendly and helpful. Brody took time to look at my personal goals and gave me some great help with specific exercises etc. I suggest you take a look and ask for them by name.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at GoodLife Trafalgar Location! The gym is clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to my personal trainer, Damellys. She is incredibly motivating, thorough and truly listens to your needs. She gives great recommendations tailored to your specific goals and always pushes you to do better in the best way possible. Her training plans are thoughtful, goal-oriented and genuinely help you progress.

I want to give a huge shout-out to my personal trainer, Jibran Zuberi. He’s honestly the reason I stayed consistent at the gym, even though I’m the type of person who rarely goes more than 3 days a week. Jibran never made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Instead, he motivated me in a way that felt real, supportive, and achievable. He helped me set realistic goals and actually reach them without making the process feel like a struggle. His training style is encouraging, patient, and tailored to what works best for you. On top of that, we ended up becoming good friends along the way, which made every session even more enjoyable. If you need someone who will push you just the right amount, keep you motivated, and genuinely cares about your progress, I highly recommend Jibran. He’s the best. 💯💪
