I have been availing Matt’s stretch sessions at GoodLife, and I cannot recommend them enough! I came in struggling with tight joints and limited mobility, which often made running and daily movement uncomfortable. Matt’s sessions have made a noticeable difference , not only are my joints feeling looser, but I am moving more freely and with less stiffness overall. What I really appreciate is Matt’s approach. He takes the time to explain each stretch, ensures proper form, and adjusts movements based on individual needs. His sessions strike the perfect balance between being challenging and relaxing, leaving me feeling both energized afterwards. Thanks to these sessions, I am beginning to regain flexibility in my workouts. If you are looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, or simply feel better in your body, Matt’s stretch sessions are a game-changer!

I hired trainer Jordan Thoms. I am a busy lawyer and have high expectations of a top trainer and Jordan has met all expectations. He is one of the most highly qualified trainers (Registered Kinesiologist & Level 5 Personal Trainer) I could find at any gym and offers a wholistic approach to health and well being in addition to excellent physical workouts! He cares about his clients and is always looking for ways to improve the experience and make progress in my health journey. I highly recommend Jordan Thoms and suggest you stop looking at other trainers and just hire Jordan now and he will get you on track for fitness, health and well being!
