Stay away from this store !!! I left an iphone 14 PRO in excellent condition to replace the back cover because it was broken. They made the replacement but when I get home I realize that they also replace the battery and the front screen display without my conscent. How do I know that ? Because the iphone charge up to 1 % and after that it get extremely hot, it appears the temperature warning add and then I have to power off. The second time I charge it, I can realize that the front screen was fake and replaced, because when you press and hold the brightness icon it should appear three icons and one of them is TRUE TONE. If it not appear, the screen is a fake one. Once I claimed the store for that, they finished the phone call and they delete my previous review about this. I leave this review to avoid this awful eperience with this store. Iwas stolen, because I will never have the iphone as it was, and I go there only to change the back cover. Disgusting experience as well as previous bad exoperience that it was deleted by them. I will attached the proof to show the difference between fake and real screens.

I'm leaving this review for anyone that wants an honest opinion about this shop. So bear in mind that if you want something fixed in less than a week THIS. IS. NOT. THE. PLACE. I had watched this shop grow since it's humble beginnings when it was just a one person running the whole place. Now, I'm glad it has grown and prospered. However, during it's growth in prosperity, it has also grown in arrogance. I had gone a few months ago to fix an ipad and hoped to get the amazing and outstanding service I had always received. I, in fact, did not get that service. I needed to get the battery changed or fixed because it kept shutting down even if it was at full battery. I had made that very clear at the beginning of the conversation when I went in for the consulation, they told me to leave it for a few days so the tech person there could get a chance to take a look at it and see what could be done. Long story short, not only did they not solve the problem but "FIXED" SOMETHING COMPLETLY DIFFERENT. The power button was also having issues as well but my priority was the battery but instead of fixing of what I had actually asked for, they fixed the power button. Now normally I would have been very grateful for that if I had actually asked for that repair to be done but it simply wasn't something I need to be repaired at the time. and it took 6-7 MONTHS just for them to fix the power button....

Don't hold your breath. If they promise you 1-2 days turnaround on your smartphone repair count on it taking 6-7 days. However, they do good work once it's done.

My A50 are unique phone which parts can't be replaced. The lady here is very knowledgeable about Samsung phones. I just wish she would explained this to me and spared me the back and forth to her shop plus money back. My opinion rest on a good job but wasn't the right phone for us to show off her great customer service and my good client loyalty points. Still, they are effective and efficient. 😊
