I try to visit this Goodwill at least once or twice a week to look for & purchase books. Usually it's a decent overall experience. I actually think there are some very helpful employees there. I don't think it would be an overstatement to say that I've bought more than a hundred individual books there in the last year. I don't resell books, and I purchase them for my own home library and personal use. So I dont mind paying more for books when theyre marked as such. The last several times I went there though (including today), when I paid for my books, the cashier overcharged me. I don't make a fuss about it while I'm at the store and it happens, but when I look at my reciept after leaving and I see the cashier has rang up my books incorrectly it bothers me. I'm aware of Goodwills pricing. As is, out of the 3 options I have for used books in town, Goodwill is the most expensive. I'm more than willing to pay the regular price for paperbacks, the mark-up on hardcovers, and the specially prices books that are marked with price tags. I usually have a mix of the 3 in my basket when I check out. This is maybe the 4th time (in the last few months) where they correctly rang up my books with stickers, and then went ahead and charged me the same amount for books without. Only one of my books today were marked with a special pricetag, and they charged me the marked-up price for the other as well. It may seem like I'm being a bit ridiculous and overreacting, but I like to read and buy a lot of books. Today it only made a few dollars difference, but the other week when I was buying books, they did it with several books and not just the one. I'm getting more than a little annoyed. I sincerely hope this doesn't continue. I have literally spent over $100 on books at this Goodwill since New Years. Probably well over that amount, and I'm definitely not gonna stop buying books, but I may top buying them from Goodwill. I want to stress though, there are definitely some cashiers who I not only like, but do a great job this store. They're not always there though, and more than a few of the other cashiers, by either accident or intention, have rang up my books incorrectly an overcharged me.

The employees are usually nice here, but I'm deducting stars for the ridiculous price of things. $3.99 for a box which is $1.28 NEW at walmart. Used mason jars for $2 EACH. Whoever is in charge of pricing is smoking something with the audacity to charge that much. The back section with electronics is also always a mess.

I went in to look for a sweater for an ugly Christmas sweater party, they're charging $24.99 for used sweaters! That's RIDICULOUS!!! They're cheaper at Walmart for nicer sweaters.

Stopped in a few days ago with my friend. Store was dirty and everything was just thrown onto shelves. We couldn’t look through anything because it was so cluttered. My friend found an opened Irish spring soap box with the soap in it. Gross. I ended up finding a piece of clothing I wanted to buy but stood at the registers for 7 minutes while employees walked back and forth, ignoring the fact that we had been waiting to check out. Ended up just leaving the clothing on the counter and left without it. This location definitely lost my business.
