Traveled to KC and found this wonderful little bbq place. The first day they had sold out of wings so we decided to wait. The owner shared a few other local places to try. Next day we were able to make it back and we are so glad we did. BEST wings EVER! Potato salad and beans were also so good. Definitely made our food experience amazing! Great locally owned bbq place. Owners and staff were so awesome! Thank you for a great travel experience!

If you're looking for fancy, skip to the next one. If you are looking for the most excellent absolutely perfect bbq, then here is your stop. Don't let the size fool you. This lil place packs a flavor punch you didn't know existed. The couple running the joint are the most super nice and friendly as they come. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell your coworkers. No they didn't pay me to write this. It. Is. That. Good. Period. We will be back for sure and will be bringing the whole group next time.

Delicious food, great service! We stopped by while road tripping and weren’t sure what to order. The folks here are super friendly and helped us choose a meal that gave us a sampling of lots of things, while being big enough to share. We ordered The Dottie Box: 1/2 slab, 5 wings, 1/2 lb sausage, 1/2 lb rib tips. Everything was great! Tender chicken, fall off the bone ribs (my fav), smoky sausage. So much flavor and variety. I also loved both the sweet and spicy bbq sauce. We ordered macaroni salad and fries for our sides, which were also good, but we were so full (with plenty left over!) that we couldn’t finish those! Overall fantastic and well worth the stop!

We had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience at Holy Smoke! The food was out of this world! Everything we ate was 100! KD made us feel at home. He is a polite, friendly young man. He even brought us out chicken wings to try. Every employee that was working tonight greeted, spoke, or checked on us. If we lived closer than 11 hours, Holy Smoke would be a regular stop for us. 10 out of 10!
