Brandon LaRoucheGreat iced latte. Not overly sweetened but very creamy (I ordered with whole milk). Serving it in a bag was pretty novel and honestly while a little more odd to carry around, I think it did help mix up the latte in the end. At $6 this felt like a good value. A solid morning coffee to enjoy while walking around Chelsea market and the Little Island nearby.
Matthew HoI'm not a big coffee fan, so I actually first heard of 787 when browsing some popular places to get matcha lattes, but after reading some of these reviews, I fear I may be missing out! We dropped by when we were in the neighbourhood and wanted to get a drink. I ordered a matcha latte (duh), which was surprisingly good. The quality of the matcha was fantastic (albeit a little bit on the weaker side), the drink wasn't too sweet, and it was only a liiiiiiitle pricey (by NYC standards hehe). The interior is small but cute - there aren't that many seats, and we got lucky by snagging the counter as some people left. There are two swings to sit on though, although from the brief time we tried them, it is indeed a bit difficult to drink and chat while trying not to swing around. I'll have to come again to try some of their more unique choices next time!
Dejan787 Coffee is an awesome spot! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with great music playing. I tried the whiskey mazapan coffee, and it was fantastic. I loved that I could choose my own beans, which made it feel personalized. A fun touch is also that they have a printer. Barista Sade was incredibly polite and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Pat GleasonThe staff really puts in the extra effort to make you feel welcome and provide outstanding service. It's tough to find spots like that. The cold brew in the bag really threw me for a loop at first, but I appreciate the sustainable aspect and it grew on me a lot while drinking it.
