Worst Experience Ever! I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for any event or stay. The property itself might look decent on the outside, but that's where the positives end. We booked this hotel for my friend's wedding, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I would strongly advise against choosing this place for any event Lack of Maintenance: The rooms and facilities were poorly maintained. There was no hot water, despite being promised, which is completely unacceptable. Incompetent Staff: The staff behaved like it was their first day. There was no professionalism or proper coordination, and they had no idea how to manage an event of this scale. Awful Management: The management is absolutely terrible. They took full payment in advance and after that, you’re stuck with no recourse for the poor service. The hotel was completely disorganized. My friends ended up having to manage the events by ourselves because the staff was incapable of handling basic tasks. Food was Terrible: The food was underwhelming at best and downright bad at worst. Not only was it subpar, but there were delays in serving, which is unacceptable for any event. Delays and Mismanagement: Everything was late—the decorations, the room service, the event start time. The event didn't start on time because the decorators were delayed. The staff didn’t even complete room preparations before the guests arrived. After we arrived at 8:30 AM (we requested rooms at 6 AM), they still took 3-4 hours to get the rooms ready. That’s completely ridiculous when they had plenty of time to prepare. In summary, this hotel offers terrible service, poor management, and zero accountability. My advice: stay away and find somewhere else to host or stay for your special day. You’ll regret it if you don’t.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Hotel Swiss Trafalgar in Nashik for my engagement. The staff was completely unprofessional, and the food quality was disgusting. The rooms were in terrible condition—our door was broken, and the landline wire was cut. It was clear that the hotel had no regard for basic maintenance. The manager, Lokesh Kumar, was incredibly rude and disrespectful, adding to the frustration. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and he showed zero interest in addressing our concerns. The service was chaotic, and nothing was done properly. It honestly felt like they were scamming us. I deeply regret choosing this hotel and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from it. Do not waste your money on this place!
