Called this cab service this morning as we got off our cruise ship. We had a cab ready and available to pick us up in 5 min. Blair is a great driver and functioned as a local guide to the area for us basically, we really lucked out. Blair was super attentive and willing to get to spots for some quick photos along our drive. Great 3hr experience at PEI for our round trip from port Charlottetown to Green Gables Heritage site and back to the port. Very enjoyable drive!

I was able to book the night before for a trip from my hotel to the airport. The flat rate was explained and reasonable. Only mix up was the driver was told 15 minutes earlier than I had booked for. But my driver Blair was outstanding. He managed all my luggage and thoughtfully got my bags onto a cart at the airport so I could stay warm and go directly inside. Highly recommended.

Generally I never have any problems getting a cab with these guys and when they’re too busy they actually give you an alternative company to call, that’s fantastic customer service in my opinion!

I called for a cab and was told that one would arrive shortly. Less than five minutes after calling, I was informed my appointment (and the reason I needed the cab) was canceled. I called dispatch to let them know I wouldn't need the cab anymore. I was told that they don't like to cancel cabs because of the price of gas, and that the driver would still be arriving at my house. The dispatch asked me to give the driver a few dollars for gas. Five minutes later the driver arrived at my house and came to my door asking for $5. If the driver had been in my yard when I had to cancel I could appreciate paying for the time, however he had to drive another five minutes just to get to my house to request money - time that could have been spent going to another fare.
