Grace Cox Smart Hotel

This is the worst hotel in Cox’s Bazar, and I regret staying here. Their service is abysmal. They were supposed to provide one bottle of water daily but failed to do so consistently. None of the six-pin sockets in the room worked. The condition of the washroom was unacceptable – the basin was broken, the hand shower barely worked, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. The furniture was extremely old and looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. The sliding windows couldn’t be opened properly, which was frustrating. The lift switch didn’t work properly either, and the lift was incredibly slow. To top it off, the ceiling fan was filthy, adding to the unhygienic environment. I doubt there’s a worse hotel in Cox’s Bazar than this one. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

one of the worst hotels ever... nothing inside the room starting with AC works properly. Bathroom flush didn't work and i had informed them but they didn't take any action. Had to ask them twice before they finally fixed it... there wasn't any towel in bathroom. Rooms were dirty. not recommended at all

My stay at this hotel was dreadful. First, I got an electric shock from the room. Then, the shower didn't work, and there was a ton of dirt under the bed. But the worst part was the AC trouble. I had to change rooms three times, and even in the new rooms, the AC didn't work properly. When I asked for a refund for the non-AC room, they refused and were very rude about it. The manager and one of the receptionists were especially mean. The other receptionists and housekeeping staff were okay, but overall, this place was a disaster. Avoid it at all costs. Plus, it's evident that the managers and receptionists lack the qualifications to work in the hotel industry in any capacity.

Nice resort at Cox’s Bazaar. There are sea view rooms and you can easily see the sea if you stay the top floor front side rooms. If you have kid/s of 2/3 years, be careful. Their electricity switch height is very low and they can easily touch those. I think, resort authority should take care of this.

It is an ideal place to spend quality time with family. Being located very close to the main sea, the environment is beautiful.

Worst hotel in Cox's bazaar, they provided 1 old & tear towel for a couple , furniture is too old, overall price to service ratio is poor. Not recommended.

The one of the worst resort in cox's bazar. The resort is not good at all and also the behavior of the staff is very bad. The room are not cleaned properly, the lift doesn't work properly and the wifi is not very good. So, it will be better to not choose bashati bay resort for staying in cox's bazar.
