I had an appointment at 1:45 PM with my boyfriend. He was taken in first for his massage, and I had to wait for my therapist, Soraya, for about four minutes. Considering the time we spent filling out the forms, by the moment I finally entered the massage room with Soraya, it was already 1:55 PM. Instead of giving me the opportunity to calmly get ready and start the massage, she sat on a chair and started asking a bunch of unnecessary questions — what kind of massage I want, which areas to focus on. I quickly explained what I wanted, but she kept asking. Whether I wanted to start on my back or stomach. Why ask this right now? It’s logical: the massage therapist should leave, give the client time to undress, and the client will lie down however they prefer to start with the body area they want. In the end, I realized that my time was already being wasted. I came for a massage, not a long conversation. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional, but Soraya’s approach seemed unprofessional and confusing. Please respect clients’ time — we come for a massage, not for an interview.

Just like to share my personal experience in this clinic. The very first time was not good. Then I gave a second chances for changing different massage therapist.. Randi , the young lady who was doing great . She seems know a lots of different technic to release my tight musual all over my body. I have been seeing her twice already .. I strongly recommended her to whom is looking for great results. Thanks again Randi :)

The RMT that did the massage gave me the best massage I have ever had. He had the best technique and manner that I have ever experienced. The massage itself was incredible but the RMT also made sure to check in with me to ensure my comfort through the whole process. I will be booking with Yasir again and have already told several friends about him.

Went in for a massage because my back was hurting and I came out pain-free! Soraya was amazing, she is knowledgeable and experienced, she knew what I needed the minute I discussed my history with her. She made sure to tailor my massage to what I needed, and I could not remember getting a massage that great until I came to Massage Addict - I could not recommend her highly enough. She's a gem!
