While in Prospect, KY I stopped for lunch at Gracious Plenty Cafe & Catering. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, sides, & deserts in which to choose. I selected the club on toasted wheat and it included a pickle spear & bag of your choice of chips. The sandwhich was delicious and you even get to select the bread of your choice. The club includes ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayo for $10.99. (I asked for no tomato and honey mustard instead of mayo) They offer canned drinks for $0.99 each. The service was fast and the food was great. Please give Gracious Plenty a try. You won't be disappointed. (See the posted pictures of the club sandwich)

I tried Gracious Plenty for the first time today, it’s tucked away close to Kroger in prospect. I had the chicken salad sandwich, Swiss, lettuce on ciabatta toast with a pickle (a pretty darn good pickle I might add) and fries. The sandwich was phenomenal. It’s a basic chicken salad recipe with shredded chicken, celery, grapes and I think just seasonings but no actual onions. Simple recipe but just so very tasty. The fries were super similar to the Mc’s fries but were actually a smidge better served straight out of the fryer. Just salt and pepper, seasoning salt could be nice, but really good and not underdone or burnt. Can you tell by my paragraph review I’m a fan of Gracious Plenty?

What a great place to stop for a bite! Three of us, we all loved our sandwiches. I definitely want to go back and try other food on the menu. Quaint little place. Service was welcoming and kind. Can't wait to go back!

Perhaps I ordered the wrong items. The BLT was mostly fat and grease and the pasta salad was bland. Just pasta with no dressing, no seasoning - just cold pasta with a few tiny pieces of cheese and a couple of olives. It may have been good, had it some dressing on it. Not a great experience.
