Very professional and friendly staff. We are local and stop by, send our new employees for driver paperwork and drug tests or call and email with our business needs. Glostone handles our fuel taxes, prorates, driver qualification files and other business needs for over 15 years. Glostone staff responds promptly to our business needs and inquiries. I have no idea why someone would take time to write these awful reviews below.

IMPORTANT........ I was refereed by one of my friend to call and talk to a lady name shirley to get information regarding registering my truck under IRP which I just bought. So I called and someone at customer service said that shirley is at lunch...I said Ok, I'll call back. I called again after a week. Same thing happened, customer service said shirley is at lunch. I then asked if I can leave a voice mail for her. I then left a voice mail for her to call me with my name and number and the type of service I want. Another week past, but did not get a phone call back from Shirley. I then called again around 9am MST to talk to her. I called and once again customer service said that She(Shirley) is at lunch... I said it's OK and then called again around 2pm MST to see if I can talk to her. Here we go again..Customer service said she(shirley) just stepped out for lunch. I told the customer service that I called around 9am and someone else said she(shirley) is at lunch and now after 5hrs she is still at lunch???? I was then put on hold for 3mins and then was hanged up... Amazing part is that I never did any business with them. I'm supposed to be a new customer. I'm totally disappointed and kind of happy that I don't have to deal with them at all since their customer service level is below zero. At least I wished Shirley would call once to find out what I want... I don't recommend any truckers to do business with them... Especially calling and asking for Shirley.

OVER-THE-TOP HATEFUL AND NASTY OWNERS. CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR STAFF. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. ALSO - I WOULD NOT TRUST THE BELOW 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM THE "LOCAL GUIDES". TRUCKING IS BY DEFINITION NON-LOCAL. SO HOW WOULD THESE "LOCAL GUIDES" KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GLOSTONE ?
