Graha Cempaka Boutique Hotel offers good value for money. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The toilet amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, were lacking, which I believe should be standard for a hotel. Despite this, it was manageable. I was disappointed to find that the hotel restaurant was not open during my stay, and the details were unclear. Additionally, I couldn't watch TV because the remote was not working properly. On the bright side, the Internet connection was reliable and provided a good browsing experience. Overall, Graha Cempaka Boutique Hotel has its strengths but could benefit from addressing these minor issues to enhance the guest experience.

This hotel is great! It's perfectly clean, no bugs nor mosquitos. The rooms and even the hallway was extremely spacious, with a good use of the lights and windows to make it bright in every spot. Friendly staff and all English talking. We stayed in a japanese style room, very cute and creative design. I would totally recommend this hotel, every next visit I want to stay here again!

The hotel is located in an industrial area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with instant hot water. There is free wifi in the rooms and a good selection of international and local TV channels. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast is Indonesian and quite tasty. The restaurant has tasty food and very good coffee and great prices.||||I would certainly stay there again next time I am in the area.

Stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is pretty big. Location is fine. Standart room is small, have no window, so be prepared to spend all day with lights on. Small tank of water heater gives you opportunity to enjoy hot shower only for 10 min tops. Cleaness of the room was passable. If you'll decide to stay here pay a bit more to include breakfast. It was pretty nice. In general place is just okay for short stay. For longer term better search for something else.
