Grail Springs Retreat for Wellbeing

It was our 3rd time staying at the magical Grail Springs Retreat for Wellbeing - this time surrounded by spectacular fall colours! 🍂 🍁🧡 Beautifully manicured lakefront property with horses; beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable accommodations and shared spaces; delicious vegan food; excellent service: beautiful boutique to shop… The vibe is magical! The incredible founder, Madeleine Marentette is a beautiful Earth Angel in human form 🪽😇 She is a true inspiration building a heart-centred business supporting women in every way - from healing to empowering. Physical, spiritual, and magical experiences happen to many of us who stay on these sacred grounds… Including me! 🙏🏼💫 Thank you Madeleine for being a beacon and bright light in this world 🌟💖

Where to begin......This was my first stay at Grail Springs and it definitely won't be my last. The moment I arrived I was warmly greeted by Michael and so began my weeks stay. From the check-in at reception (thank you Karen) to the delicious plant based meals which I thoroughly enjoyed, (thanks to all the dining staff and chefs and a special shout out to Ashley for coffee in the morning), the incredible Healing Arts Therapies (thank you Laura, Tanya, Jason and Joan), the Yin yoga, the Guided Forest Walk (thank you Jen), the relaxing spa treatments (thank you Laverne and others) and finally to all the wonderful people I met, (Paula, Maria, Sue, Michelle, the Nobleton girls and others) you made my experience transformational. I am beyond grateful. I arrived stressed, anxious, and depressed and left feeling strong, relaxed, calm and peaceful.❤️

I was looking for a place where I could relax surrounded by nature and reflect. After spending 3 days at Grail Springs, I can definitely confirm that this place and experience was what I really needed. Stunning views of the lake (you can use the canoes and paddle boards), delicioussss food (I’m not vegan), outstanding hospitality, trails, bone fire in the evening with a sky full of stars, thermal circuit including sauna, etc. Overall, it is the perfect setting to really recharge, slow down and reflect. Thank you so much for making this place possible.
