I found the van I was looking for after a year searching other dealers with overpriced, bellow par, non inspected vans. Granby Chrysler had the lowest price of all and the van was in excellent shape . It had been inspected and worn parts were changed. I am a retired mechanic and I was amazed at the condition of the vehicle for the low price asked. The team were attentive and pleasant without pressure to buy. Just to set the record straight; I read negative reviews about Patricia (who helped me with this purchase) before I went. She was sincerely the most compassionate and efficient saleslady I have ever met. A true pearl. She was absolutely professional. I concluded that the negative reviews were from people who were unhappy with their own lives and and who want to make others unhappy, "misery loves company". A big thanks to Dave in financing, another caring professional who made the purchase painless and enjoyable. Kudos to the whole team at Granby Chrysler for an outstanding experience. Working all the way north in James Bay, I needed to upgrade my vehicle. After speaking with a few dealerships I decided to go with Pascal and Patricia at Granby Chrysler. I just got the sense that I was dealing with someone honest (which was greatly appreciated). I also dealt with Sebastien for the financing who was a great help as well. Since I was working so far away, everything had to be done through phone calls and texts. I really appreciated the great teamwork involved. Everyone did their best (even if English wasn't their first language). All my questions were answered and no pressure was made on me. As I said, they were straight-forward and honest. I will probably be back again when it's time to upgrade in 5 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Granby Chrysler to my friends and family :)
