Totally worth the money. We had a 2-day trip to Cox's Bazar and booked two rooms, 401 and 402. Let’s start with the issues: 1. The telephone was sometimes not working in both rooms. 2. The socket position in room 401 wasn't convenient, but it was fine in room 402. 3. The bed was initially dusty and occasionally needed cleaning. However, when we informed the staff on that floor, they promptly cleaned it. Now, the positive points: 1. The staff's behavior was very polite and they were always very active. 2. I received the room before the check-in time as it was already prepared. 3. The room and bathroom were clean. In conclusion, we received more value than what we paid for. Although the service wasn't always perfect, they quickly resolved any issues when we informed them and a little suggestion, try to take 402 if you get option for 401 and 402.

It was decent. Room service was good also although room was not so clean. I think it was value for money. For a night stay, you can give it a try.

Check-in is quick, staff helpful. Location close to main street, but loudy still: mosque calling ať 4:30 and 5:30, loudy building around, loudy building generator, electric blackouts etc. Room is ok, but with holes out so cold, no blanket just dusty bed cover. Hard pillow and very hard bed. Rooms need renovation badly. Wifi is ok and stable. Hot water was running + free toalet things (shampoo, clean towel and daily water).

Was there for 16-18 december with family. The fare was cheap comparatively. The room and accomodations were great value. The only issue might be that It's not located in the main road. The service was also great.
