Grand Home Renovations

Our experience with Grand Renovations was overall disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, mainly due to non-English-speaking workers and an unreliable supervisor, Himal. A major issue arose with the flooring, which had to be redone entirely. Instead of taking responsibility, Himal was dismissive and unprofessional, repeatedly justifying mistakes by saying, "But I gave you the best price." We never asked for a discount—we had already obtained quotes from other companies and chose Grand Renovations based on what we believed was a reasonable price. The project is now complete, which is why I am giving three stars, but working with Himal was frustrating. After the flooring mishap, we felt we couldn't trust the quality of work, requiring frequent visits to check on progress. We initially chose this company because of their positive reviews, but now I am starting to wonder if they are genuine. Even though I am glad that the work is finally done, the overall experience was stressful and disappointing.

Their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They transformed our home beyond our expectations, and the quality of work is outstanding. Communication was smooth throughout the project, and they stayed within budget. Highly recommend!

After researching extensively in the market, we finally decided to have our kitchen renovated by Thomas and his team. Let me say that his work is definitely top-notch, with very high-quality results. Despite running a business to make a profit, it is clear that Thomas is not solely driven by money. He goes above and beyond to support and sort out minor issues without charging extra. The attention to detail and craftsmanship displayed by Thomas and his team was truly impressive. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they were professional, efficient, and dedicated to ensuring our kitchen renovation exceeded our expectations. Moreover, Thomas's professionalism and expertise shone through in every aspect of the project. His knowledge and skills in the field were evident, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Thomas and his team for any home renovation projects and are grateful for the exceptional work they did in transforming our kitchen.
