Came for a weekend stay and brought my 3yo toddler. It was a wonderful and memorable experience! (1) The hotel is so child friendly ‐ We were served welcome drinks during check-in and the staff prepared an apple juice for my child. The hotel room had children's bath amenities, bathrobe and slippers ready. Went for snacks at the lounge and staff brought out some kids biscuits specially for my child. (2) We went for a swim and shortly after, the staff noticed and brought us ice water. (3) Although my birthday was a week ago, during canapés, staff surprised me with a birthday cake. (4) The room was so clean and bedsheets smells so nice. Overall, superb service by all the friendly staff!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff are warm and attentive. The service is personalized and they are very accommodating. And they adore children. Furthermore, it's very well located: close to everything. If you're looking for a welcoming, family-run hotel in a great location, I highly recommend this friendly establishment.
