I have been so disappointed and disillusioned that I am writing my second scathing review of Adarsh Developers. Delayed construction is one thing and then there is Adarsh. Despite 4 years delay, they do not show any urgency nor value customers as all communications fall on deaf ears. In my previous review Adarsh had responded stating to write to their customer care team with the challenges I am facing. Believe me, I have been marking the customer care in every mail I send to the CRM, and as expected I have not received any response from the customer care for any of my mails. So the customer care itself is a hoax. For all new buyers out there, please please please avoid Adarsh Developers for any real estate purchase.

Disappointed and Misled – Would Not Recommend Adarsh Developers I purchased a unit in Phase 2 based on the floor plan and promised amenities. However, after booking, I discovered that the clubhouse land is under litigation—a fact that Adarsh blatantly failed to disclose during the booking process. To make matters worse, they are now unable to provide any concrete timeline or assurance that the clubhouse will be completed by the time Phase 2 is delivered. At the time of booking, we were told that the number of floors in Phase 2 would be finalized by March 2025. Now, they’ve pushed that commitment to May 2026, with no guarantee that the timeline won’t change again. It raises serious concerns about whether possession for Phase 2 will also be delayed. Despite planning to increase the number of floors, Adarsh refuses to adjust the payment schedule accordingly. Even more concerning is that they blatantly refuse to honor the payment schedule defined in the registered Agreement of Sale (AOS)—a legal document that they themselves drafted and that both parties signed. The CRM team is unprofessional and unresponsive, often treating buyers as if they’re doing us a favor by selling these flats. They frequently give conflicting and ambiguous verbal communication, only to deny or contradict it later in writing. This was my first home-buying experience, and I genuinely feel cheated by Adarsh. I expected more professionalism and transparency from a reputed builder. I strongly urge potential buyers to do thorough due diligence before investing in this project. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Adarsh Developers. Edit 1 (in response to Adarsh's reply): Adarsh responded saying the issue will be resolved by December 2025, but in their latest communication to owners, they are now stating it may be resolved by January 2026. This is just another example of how they keep postponing timelines without accountability, providing vague and conflicting information each time. Moreover, their response completely ignores the other issues I raised in my original review: • The non-disclosure of ongoing litigation at the time of booking • Their unwillingness to honor the payment schedule clearly mentioned in the registered Agreement of Sale (AOS) It’s disappointing that instead of addressing these concerns, they seem to be copy-pasting a generic response without actually reading or acknowledging the specific issues mentioned. This reflects how seriously they take customer feedback, which—based on my experience—is not at all reassuring.

Now I am scared of Adarsh group after reading all these reviews Recently I have booked a flat at adarsh … yes after booking I have scened there is a shift in behaviour of CRM and sales team ,which is very disturbing . I am keeping my finger crossed to get my home on time . I would request team adarsh to take these reviews seriously as These reviews can extremely harm the image of company . Yes the CRM team is rude and aggressive . Once you are done with booking you can see the difference .
