This pharmacy has exceptional customer service they are all friendly knowledgeable and the pharmacists are so helpful always greeting you with a smile I make sure all my scripts go there after switching from shoppers that was closer but the poor customer service and lack of professional service as well as ridiculous wait times made me look for another pharmacy so I was thrilled after I found Grand pharmacy it’s nice to deal with smaller or independent businesses.Not always but in this case they really go out of there way to help their customers always making time to chat and they all go the extra mile ! If you’re looking for a clean reliable pharmacy with exceptional customer service you have found your spot !!!

We love this place!! Their location is a hidden gem in West Galt. Excellent service and selection of necessities. My wife and mother say their prices are really good as well (I'm not as concerned with that kind of thing, if I need it I buy it but they do always have what I need). Their pharmacy service is polite, friendly and courteous. Sometimes in larger stores, you know who I mean, it's hard to get help when choosing medicine or a product. At a place like this you are able to get the personal service I personally value. Support this business!!!
