Kira OkraneNot sure what her names is but there is a female at the front desk with a grey/black bob hair cut. She has 0 customer service and quite snooty. No respect behind her words. Also wanted nothing to do with giving me a hand trying to find my dog food that would work for her. As she just got done cancer treatment and needs a high calorie diet. She told me to buy “EN” brand which only has 100 some calories per can. After I told her she needed 1300 calories a day. Who in their right mind would give their dog 13 CANS PER DAY. Not sure where her head was at
