Krystal B is so wonderful I followed her here from a massage clinic in Waterloo. She has been my masseuse for roughly 4 years and I recommend her to everyone. She is very accommodating with pillows and wedges to help make it comfortable for me as I deal with chronic low back pain. She always listens to requested pressure adjustments and starts the session by asking what I want worked on, not just assuming based off of the last session.

I've been going to Krystle for 6 years now. First started seeing her after a neck injury that also caused alot of pain in my back. She is the only person I trust to work on my neck. She has also helped with sports injuries i have accumulated over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, can't recommend her enough. I travel an hr to see her and it is 100% worth it.

I came to this specific clinic about a year ago, as it was recommended by a friend! However, the massage was nothing more than a massage, there was nothing exceptional about it - The service I received was also underwhelming. The website states they direct bill to major companies, however, they weren’t able to direct bill to my company for some odd reason, yet, my company is one of the biggest known insurance companies… I did have to pay out of pocket, and get reimbursed through my provider… The vibes were off for me, personally… I will definitely not be returning.

All the ladies are lovely however Rachel is truly fantastic! She is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs. The atmosphere is always clean, relaxing, and inviting. Highly recommended this place.
