My mother recently went in for a check up and Kelly Murnin did nothing but disrespect her. My mother has been sick and is looking for answers and the first thing out of his mouth is “Why didn’t you go to your provider”. He rolled his eyes as soon as my mother told him she was booked for the year. Kelly proceeds to ask questions to only tell my mother “I don’t know what’s wrong with you” mumbles off and shuts the door. He is incredibly disrespectful and didn’t bother to try to help her out. I hope he never gets recommended. You are there to do your job. Not to tell people you can’t figure it out and give absolutely no solution.

The dr was great. Was 30 min late for the apointment. I called to let them know it took me a bit to get off work and pick up the baby (it was his appointment)and I was going to be late. And they still took us in.

Took my dad there, urgent care, due to a rash on his skin while also having a hematoma on his face. The nurse notes all that, on the chart. The doctor walks in takes photo of my dad's hematoma from his face, no consent asked, suggest taking him to Emergency. Then when ask what about the other stuff. The doctor asks, what other stuff? Disregards all the other concerns except for the hematoma. Prescribes a topical cream for the rash, without inspecting it. I am taking 1 star due to the doctor disregarding the reason we got there. (this should be two starts as there may be a photo of my dad out there or his hematoma and eye). I am taking 1 star due to the photo without consent. I am taking the other star due to the visit still not posted on MyChart, or even the topical cream being updated. Dad is doing well.

I met with Ms. Paulina Gudgell APRN for follow-up care of me and my chronic heart disease. Paulina Gudgell herself made the greatest positive impact! She kept on time with her patient schedule, even a little ahead, and she has a very caring, pleasant personality. I enjoyed the entire medical experience! The MAC, Serena, who worked with her was the best MA I have met, with great kindness and excellent workstyle.
