This is just an observation: To the driver of a 2023 Toyota Tundra with the Patriot trailer attached: Cutting someone off in traffic this morning on Dale Mabry while exiting Einstein bagels and then driving aggressively while blowing your horn along with flipping a driver off all during carrying your company trailer in bumper to bumper traffic is not professional, nor the best course of action. As a company owner and a veteran myself, I pride myself on integrity first. (Doing the right thing even if no one is looking) Please do better.

Patriot is unique in this space. So many times I’ve had work done by a contractor on our home or office and they’ve showed up late, communicated poorly, not finished the job on time or did it poorly... I mean the list goes on. That was not the case here. Tony did a great job answering my calls and communicating clearing with what our remodel was going to cost and when it would be done. Everything went as planned and their works is great. Patriot is a very professional well ran company and I would recommend them to anyone doing a small repair all the way to the person doing a full remodel. Great people and great company.

I can’t say enough great things about Patriot and Tony and the rest of the team!! I first met them in September to replace my roof. Tony came over within 3 days and looked at the roof and gave me a quote. I accepted it the very next day! The other companies I talked to, I got a feeling I couldn’t trust them, but Tony was complete opposite! They came out the next week and replaced my roof within 3 days! Then 2 weeks ago, my fence and gate blew over during the storm and I called up Tony, he came out, assessed the damage and they were out the next week and fixed and replaced everything! Hands down, my go to company! Very responsive, communicated every step, and everyone i have come into contact with are respectful and professional. I will be using them for future projects!

I’m at a loss to list the disappointment I experienced with the owner Tony. Should have asked if he contracted out the roof jobs to another company. The other company didn’t care about anything! In fact totally ignored me, then I texted Tony about the problems. His response was he was handling it. Really? What I got was a roof I paid two companies(almost $ 20, 000.) for and received a very poor quality roof. The roof had dry rot they replaced. The cuts made on the edges where they replaced the wood are crooked and the wrong angle to the gutters. Looks awful! They didn’t clean up the nails in the yard. I had to clean them up with a magnet; half a small coffee can! In the heat; before I could let the dog out. Since, they couldn’t keep the gates closed. My nieces dog got out twice! When I asked for the second time, his response was: “This is a construction site” This is my HOME! My dogs were in the back yard. Asked to keep the gates closed. The list goes on. My disappointment with this company. Tony what are you going to do? Nothing is my guess! UPDATE: A few hours after the post Tony texted me. Quote: “ I would love to make the job right for both of us so we can fix the review.” The sub contractor sent a different crew to look at the roof. After a major conversation about ALL( not a few ) the problems. They came back and spent a full day. A crew of 4, they had to remove the new gutters and part of the new roof shingles. They had to cut back both sides ( eves ) of the house where it had been cut crooked. Recut the front and back gable ( new boards) even replaced one of the new boards because it couldn’t be recut to the proper angle. These problems were NOT because the house wasn’t square! Bad work! The crew that made all the repairs did a very good job. They tried hard to make sure I was happy. It looks good. A few things didn’t come out they way I wanted. I can except a FEW things can be a inconvenience. This was a horror show. I’m very thankful that someone stood up and did the right thing. The response from Patriot was patronizing and inaccurate. I’m not going to spend any more time with this. Shouldn’t have to. Done!
