I have found the team professional, quick to reply by email or whatsapp, genuinely helpful, and they have a number of cleaners so if my preferred choice is not available will try and book another. The cleaner does need to be booked quite some way in advance. They are thorough though I found it helps to leave specific instructions or photos if you want something left in a particular way.
