Stella Ptacek, my sales rep, was phenomenal from start to finish. She was patient, genuinely kind, and incredibly fun to chat with knowledgeable. What stood out most was her honesty, transparency, and integrity — qualities that are hard to come by in the car-buying world. I never felt pressured, rushed, or talked into anything. She truly listened to what I needed and made sure I felt supported through every step of the process. Keaton Jones, the sales manager, also deserves major recognition. He was straightforward, communicative, and made sure the entire experience stayed smooth, fair, and stress-free. Just recently bought our first truck from Grants Pass Automotive with Renee. It was a super fast, stress-free, smooth process. Renee is very patient and understanding. Had all my questions answered and offered best price for our truck! We had waters and hot cocoa offered! I would definitely recommend Renee with family and friends. Had a very good experience!

Finally a dealership who prices cars reasonably and stands behind their products!! They have a 7 day no questions asked return policy. I worked with Renee Triller and she did a great job helping me find a new to me car that I could rely on. She even drove it from Grants Pass to my work in White City so I could test drive the car. I fell in love with it!! Then when the check engine light came on three days after I bought it the dealership immediately got me scheduled into service. The problem was found and the parts were ordered to fix it at no cost to me. They also fixed the rear window windshield wiper that was not working and ordered a new windshield wiper fluid cover when the one on the car broke when I opened it. I highly recommend Grants Pass Automotive for your new vehicle needs and will be purchasing all future vehicles through them. 💜💜💜

I got the truck for a good price, I think. But as importantly, the sales and management team did a phenomenal job securing the financing I needed on my terms. Renee and Angel worked with me at various times that i was there while looking at different vehicles. They were both knowledgeable and took the time to discover what i needed in a vehicle rather than just trying to rush me through the sales process. There was no rush and i had all of the time i needed with every question answered so that i could make an informed decision. I believe the company goes above and beyond in a full service dealership. They had a very comfortable lobby and many amenities to enjoy while perusing their good selection of vehicles. It's also hard to go wrong with their non-industry standard return policy, if dissatisfied with the vehicle for any reason. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, quality of service, and will definitely be back for another vehicle. I highly recommend Grants Pass Automotive.
