I had a great experience with Gravity Plumbing! Cathleen came to my rental property to repair a leaking toilet, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was pleasant, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and how she fixed it. She completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service from Gravity Plumbing as a whole. They were friendly, accommodating with my schedule, and arranged same-day service, which made things so much easier for me. Our furnace in our RV home would not work so we called Gravity Plumbing and Heating for a service call. Taylor was friendly and efficient when booking our appt. Our service technician Rick came to our door, removed his boots and examined the furnace. Following a thorough check he started our furnace and made it restart 4 times to ensure it would continue to run. He then checked for a CO2 reading and assured us all was good. He is an efficient friendly and thorough technician and we felt so comfortable and confident with Rick. We appreciate his work even while working on his birthday. Because of our positive experience we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gravity and Rick to everyone. Thanks Rick.

I had a great experience with Gravity Plumbing and Heating. What started as an annual inspection with Rick on Friday we realized that investing further in the existing furnace would be a waste. He showed where the unit was rusting out due to its location in our crawl-space, needed new burners and we agreed it made sense to just replace it. Rick provided a fair quote and we made plans for a replacement on Monday. Kurt and Daniel W showed up Monday on time and performed a clean, professional installation and kept me up to date with their progress. I’d be happy to recommend Gravity, these guys were great.
