I was excited to purchase two baggy jeans at Cotton On, but I had an unexpected experience at checkout. I was told there were no paper bags available unless I purchased a $5 reusable Cotton On bag. I understand if paper bags are chargeable (even 10 cents), but I find it quite unreasonable to be forced to buy a $5 bag just to carry my items — especially when I don’t need or plan to use it again. I politely asked if there were any other bag options, as my mini handbag couldn’t fit the jeans. Unfortunately, the staff repeatedly said there were no other solutions and didn’t seem concerned about whether I continued with the purchase or not. For a big brand like Cotton On, I expected more flexible and customer-friendly service. A simple situation like this shouldn’t become a hassle. I hope management can look into better solutions — even a basic paper or plastic option would make a big difference.

I try to buy the skirt but im so dissappoint the woman in the counter right now she's face like angry i dont know why if she dont like the work or she tired thats why i said smile not like that the way she treat the customer no tnice just asking if what card can use only and her face like angry or she dont want the sales.first time i come in cotton but i dont want to come again so rude and sarcastic woman in the counter.u know who are u.goodluck to you always be smile to the customer

Horrible staff behaviour at city square branch, i went to purchase their sale Tshirts which i brought last time and liked , i wanted to bring to my country a few for my cousins, walked out very disappointed as when i went in one of the guy was folding the T-shirts very rudely he said “what you want wait first I am folding you see this mountain” , So is it my fault that staff there waited until it became a mountain to fold them now , oh let me wait and stand for half n hour for you to finish then i will purchase ok ????? Or is it my fault i entered your store at a wrong time ? So u will ask your customers to wait for selecting cloths if you are doing something, he could have easily allowed me to look from one side as there was a stack of folded cloths already decently but Ofcourse they don't care what!!! Never going back again

I bought shorts, They have written price tag 15$, but when go for billing said 30$, Even I have checked before take it. How come price tag went wrong?? I don’t think so..
