Chicken sandwich was burnt. I requested sauce with my 10 piece nuggets I got no sauce. It was raining really heavy so I opened my window at the drive through and quickly glanced at my items I couldn't really check.

Rude staff, the machines NEVER print your receipt and I come here often. Restaurant will be empty and you have to wait forever for a small order (10-25min). Talk about "fast food" There is rarely staff at the counter and when they see you waiting they just ignore you and take their time. Always mess up my order when I do a customization and the tables are consistently messy.

I came to this McDonald's because it was closer to my house. I used to come here a lot through the drive-thru, but the service was getting bad, so I stopped coming. I came in the other day with my daughter, and I ordered and put the table number on the order; the table was empty. They started calling a number, but since I put a table number, I thought they were going to bring it to me. It passed like 5 minutes until they decided to call me again. By that time, my food was already cold, and the restaurant was empty. I believe if you add a service to deliver food to your table, you should execute it.
