Travis is awesome! Hard-working moving team that is dedicated to making your move less stressful and helping the best they can with their knowledge and expertise. We had more moving items than anticipated, and Travis was able to accommodate many boxes at the end, that saved us an extra trip to KC. He knows how to stack furniture and keep things tied down and protected. Appliances were also undamaged in the move, which was the first time in 3-4 moves in my life that someone took care of the details. Highly recommended!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had so many issues, that I don't think there is enough space here for me to write it all. Here is a list of SOME of the issues that we had: *The first major issue we had was that they hit the roof of my house with the side of their moving truck, causing damage to the roof and shingles. Not only did they hit my home and cause damage, but they didn’t even mention it to me. Luckily, my wife witnessed it. After trying to contact them multiple times, they finally sent someone to "fix" it, but it looks like they just slopped a bunch of wood filler on the boards that were busted, and the shingles they replaced the damaged ones with aren't even the same color. Now, on top of paying GDM around $500 more than they quoted me, we are going to have to pay someone else hundreds of dollars to actually repair the damages they caused to our roof. (The pictures included with this review are from AFTER they "fixed" it.) *The second major issue we had was that they showed up to our move with a truck that was ½ full of boxes and trash from the previous job, then went to dump the other person's trash after taking our first (½) load. Not only is that gross and unprofessional, but it also caused us to have to make 3 trips instead of 2. *My wife spent a month organizing all of our things into boxes and labelling them, yet the workers decided they would just put them anywhere that they wanted, despite my wife asking them multiple times to put them into the rooms that were on the labels. *Fragile boxes were dropped(breaking things like heirloom dishes), stacked askew on top of other boxes, left in the garage with a miter saw sitting on top of them, etc. We are still finding boxes in the garage, at the bottom of stacks, that were clearly labelled that they belonged in the house. *Large boxes that were supposed to go into the house were left in the garage because, I kid you not, “They were too heavy.” (Also, I carried all of these boxes from the garage to the correct rooms BY MYSELF without any equipment.) *Furniture was broken, and not only the leg of a cabinet that they told me about, or the things in boxes that my wife saw being intentionally dropped to the floor instead of sat down, but also the doors on one of our cabinets were smashed inward which broke them, essentially ruining it. *Instead of using some type of equipment or dolly, they dragged our mattress across the yard, ripping off the mattress cover and leaving a dirt stain on one entire side. *My dolly mysteriously went missing. *They left IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR JOB to go move someone else. *We hired a 3-man crew. However, after moving the other person, one of the workers decided not to return. This left us with only a 2-man crew, causing the 3rd, already unnecessary, trip to take even longer. *Prior to him leaving, the crew member that left was also talking on his phone and playing games the entire time, which also caused the move to take longer than it should have. At one point, he made a trip from the truck to the house with 1 box that was literally the size of a phone book, took the box to the wrong room, was told by my wife which room it should be in, then took it to a different (and still clearly wrong) room and left it there. All while playing on his phone. I honestly don't think either of the other 2 workers, who weren't the owner, have ever moved anyone before. They just kept trying to get us to go listen to their music on SoundCloud. We tried speaking with the corporate office(who we set up the appointment through), but were told that it is up to the franchise owner(who was one of the people that moved us) to handle it. Basically, this is a moving truck rental company, who apparently will let just anyone operate a franchise. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HIRE PROFESSIONALS! Edit: I also find it interesting that the owner will respond to other people's reviews, but not to mine! Very cowardly of you Travis!
