Gilbert called me on behalf of agent Grant Patterson to talk about my house that is not and never has been for sale. Clearly they are not up to task to follow the rules and use responsible business practices.

We used Grant Patterson when purchasing our South Tampa home and then again when we sold it. Grant was very patient and thorough with our initial search, which covered many different areas of Tampa. When we eventually locked in on South Tampa, he was very persistent in finding us new homes that became available and helped us see homes as quickly as possible. He continued to be a valuable resource even after we had moved in, helping us with different questions even 2 years after the purchase. He was equally professional and helpful when we decided to sell and helped us aggressively price the home and sell at a much higher price than we expected. I would highly recommend using Grant.

Sterling and Grant did a phenomenal job selling our house and helping us find our townhouse. They were both incredibly responsive (and we called them many times!) and always had helpful answers to our questions. Sterling and Grant also have good relationships with many other local realtors which made the entire process work much more smoothly. When our townhouse came on the market, they called us immediately and were able to negotiate the contract within a week. Selling and burying real estate can be stressful but Sterling Grant made it a very rewarding process!
