We are in the process of selling our house and needed some electrical work done per our inspection. We had a company come out who did some things but advised us some things they couldn’t figure out and another would involve going through our bathroom tile and sheet rock which would have been expensive! Trace came out to help troubleshoot a faulty outlet and did a great job explaining options to fix the issue. My house is old and has complicated wiring patterns so it wasn’t as easy of a fix as I was hoping but he was really patient helping me understand what he recommended and why. Very easy to communicate with and showed up on time!
