Greater York Family Dentistry

Dentist was very kind and knowledgeable and laid out a course of action to move forward. And on a side note, the room with the play area for little ones is amazing. Our 3 yesr old loved it and has asked to go back to the dentist. Highly recommend!!

The Dental Dreams in York, PA has stopped answering their phones?? This has been going on since a shirt time after Covid. I understand a good number of businesses of many sorts lost employees & down sized staff, but i do not understand how they expect to have patients return & schedule @ this office when their business phones are Not answered. I’ve left countless messages & only gotten 1 (One) returned call. I’ve been told by their front office staff, as well as heard same staff tell other patients “ to go on line & schedule an appointments”????? I’ve done this once or twice but never gotten a confirmation of any type for appointment, message back nor phone call??

Staff was all very friendly and helpful, very imlorrant to me as i really really have huge dental anxiety but i felt very at ease. Explained plan of action well. Took time with me didnt feel rushed like just a number.
