They really do suck there. Iv payed 3 times over to schedule a pickup and have yet to have my product picked or or anything even refunded. The company is a scam. The first time they said they could not find my home address so I called and it turned out they went to the wrong address. I called give them more information and even did a scheduled pickup. The second time they forgot about it. and today they forgot once more. No call back from the company no apology. They made my miss 3 days of work and still could not even come by to pick up the package. If you are gonna send stuff out go with any one else these guys don't know what they are doing. I am not short 3 days of work payed for 3 pickup fee and have been refunded not a single time. Furthermore they lie on the phone. The people I have talked to said they did not see my request or that the prn was not valid or never done.... yet I have the confirmation e-mail. Another time they just claimed that the pickup was already done and completed. Honestly the worst Customer service I have every seen out of any company.

The representative i spoke to worked with me to resend a package after I failed to receive it. I got it the next day. No hassles, great service.

Item has been in North Bay for a week. No updates provided until I get a notice of a missed delivery attempt. Thanks for telling me it was out for delivery..... you could have left it at my door after not telling me you were coming. But that works have made way too much sense. I would give 0 stars if I could. The vr assistant online is beyond useless.
