Very poor. Scratches left on our lovely heritage windows. When they finished we had to ask to clean windows they missed. This happened twice. Flooded one room as they hosed through an open door! Can’t recommend.

Kudos to Green Grad technicians EVAN & SEBASTIAN (so warm, polite and professional AND strong!!!) and to the the wonderful responsive team (thank you David). Every inquiry was met with a rapid, positive response to my email. And although I had to switch around the service-dates due to my changing schedule, the team were completely a-okay and gave me just the option to choose a better calendar date & time. I can't say enough about this excellent first-time customer. I've already had a few neighbours enquire--but I'll be posting this review and sharing with all my friends and family. THANK YOU AGAIN for launching our spring and summer season with everything looking clean and sparkling!

There are three words that I would use to describe my experience with Green Grads: Friendly, Professional, and Affordable. Jeff and Trevor are amazing technicians! They showed up on time, quickly touched base about the plan for today, and got right to work accessing safety and equipment off-loading. They were very happy and willing to answer any questions I had, and made sure I got a good look of my exterior and interior of the gutters (by photo) to ensure that I was happy with the work that was done. And I can safely say that I am very happy! The exterior of my gutters went from a dark gunk of sorts, to a brilliant white, and my gutters are cleaned out. On the booking/quoting side of things, I really appreciated how well Elliott communicated with me. Communication with customers is something I value a lot when it comes to working with businesses, and he was able to reach out to me and give an amazing quote (as well as answer any questions I had) quite quickly. Awesome work from him as well! What most people want to know: does the cost match the quality? My answer to that is the quality exceeds the cost; i.e., you will be getting great quality work done for an amazing price. If you have been neglecting the outer appearance of your home or business and you want a professional team to give it that rejuvenation, definitely give Green Grads a shot.

We've had this company do gutter cleaning, window washing and roof cleaning over the years and we would definitely recommend them. We have always been satisfied with their work, with their good communication and with their prompt responses.
