Rebecca and Dan at Digs Realty are exemplary at their work in the Manhattan real estate market. When we wanted to relocate on the Upper West Side, Dan took us to see a wide variety of apartments that fit our specifications in terms of price, size, and location. He listened carefully to our reactions and ultimately found us our dream home on a high floor of a new condo development where the prices had just significantly dropped. On the other side of things, Rebecca went above and beyond in helping us sell our previous residence, a quirky unit in an older co-op. She made smart recommendations about improvements and staging to help appeal to buyers, and even assisted with some last minute cleaning out that needed to happen the day of the closing. Whenever we encountered hiccups in the long co-op board approval process for the buyers, she demystified the problems and talked us through the steps we needed to take. We are so grateful that we got to work with Dan and Rebecca at every stage of this process, and we are now happy and settled as a result 💖

Rebecca and her team helped my husband and I with our new apartment purchase and the rental of our old one (both in Hell’s Kitchen). We highly recommend working with DIGS. Everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive, and also very knowledgeable. During the punch-list walkthrough of our new apartment, Rebecca’s keen attention to detail came in handy and helped us spot issues that needed to be addressed before closing. For our rental, we found a tenant within 3 days of listing the apartment and after two showings that were immediately scheduled. They made us feel like we were a priority and it was greatly appreciated!

Please read worst reviews rather than good reviews to get the full perspectives. This is the worst buying experience I ever had! I would not recommend Rebecca and Digs Realty. There are tons of better agents out there! In our case, we are from out of town, and she represented the seller and we are the buyer with no agent. Real estate sales is a fair and square negotiation based agreed on terms. At the beginning of signing contract, she seems to be helpful because she wanted a ratified contract. She promised us to navigating us through the process. When we drove a final negotiation at the end, Rebecca was ignorant, that is fine because she doesn’t represent us. Today at the final walk through and our first time meetup, she did not shake hands didn’t say hi until I initiated hand shaking. She is long faced, and there is not even decency and courtesy as a human individual. What kind of unprofessional agent she is! She is very transactional. If the deal goes her way, she is okay and being responsive. If the deal is going against her , her rudeness blatantly shows. This is ludicrous and egregious as a real estate agent! Very laughable and uneducated behavior. Her husband Dan was there too, he is better. I just want to be outspoken so everyone can use your judgment when choosing your agent.
